We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join our team in the USA to help us manage and coordinate projects from the initial phase to the final delivery and installation of the solution. A colleague with a technical background who has a real appetite to learn new things and can work consistently and responsibly.

Role description

We are looking for an experienced Project / Customer Success Manager. 
You will report to the Presales Manager WW. 

What will you be doing

As a Project Manager, you will install and configure AVECO products based on information coming from solution architects/project managers. Project manager’s work mainly includes configuration and scripting of various types of products but also communication with engineers on customer sites and demonstration of final solution to end users. Since each system is unique and the project engineer knows all the details about a particular system, he also provides training to end users. 
Communicate customer requirements for current and future implementations. Helping to install and configure high end automation systems. 

As a Customer Success Manager, you will collaborate with sales representatives, solution architects and 
product managers by acting as technical experts, identifying the business use cases and/or technical constraints by evaluating them together with the product team.
Your duties will include meeting prospects and customers to understand their needs and present Aveco 
solutions, writing the functional and technical documentation requested to build the Commercial proposals.
The Customer Success Manager acts as a liaison between the organization's sales/business development 
and engineering groups in determining the technical requirements to meet client goals.

What you should have 

  • 3-5 years of experience in the broadcasting industry
  • Deeper knowledge of OS LINUX is a must (openSUSE is preferred).
  • Scripting … BASH, LUA, GROOVY
  • Knowledge of network environment (teaming, tunneling, etc.)
  • Ability to read and write documentation.
  • Agile working methods – advantage
