Sales Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH)

Key responsibilities
You will manage the direct and indirect (channel) sales for the complete Aveco portfolio.
Your territory will be Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH region) and possibly some other countries to be agreed upon together.
You will report to the Vice President of Sales EMEA, and will be responsible for the planning and execution of the sales strategy in your territory, to achieve the individual and corporate objectives.
This includes, among others, the following activities:
- Engage with prospects, customers and partners to present Aveco’s portfolio, understand the needs, and identify new leads and opportunities
- Define the winning sales strategies, prepare and present the proposals, negociate and close the deals
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Perform market research and monitor competitor activity
- Attend trade shows and support marketing activities
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a sales manager
- Excellent time management habits
- Highly motivated and positive attitude
- Excellent selling, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience´s need
- Familiarity with CRM and modern communication tools
- Ability to meet deadlines and financial goal minimums
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
- A team player
- Travel as needed
Skills and experience
- Bachelor´s degree (ideal but not required) or technical background
- 5 years+ experience in sales of technical product lines
- Ideally experience selling within the Broadcast/M&E industry
- Fluency in English and German. German native speaker is a plus.
